Meet Chee Hsien Khiang, the chairman of the Singapore Democratic Solidarity People’s Action’s Alliance for Reform of Singapore (SDSPAARS). In the second video of this series, he shares his party manifesto and also talks about what issues are close to his heart and what he will tackle fist should he be voted into government.
